Services

Your Brand Dental provides marketing and communication automation solutions that help dental practices manage missed calls and inbound inquiries. Services may include automated responses, intake workflows, appointment support, and communication tools.

Your Brand Dental does not provide dental or medical treatment.

1- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

2- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {support email address or toll-free number}.

3- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Eligibility

To use this website or our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

Demonstrations and Results

Any demonstration, example, estimate, or projection is intended for informational purposes only. Actual outcomes depend on multiple factors including existing business operations, staffing, response time, pricing, market demand, compliance requirements, and other variables outside our control.

We do not promise or guarantee specific financial results, appointment volume, or patient growth.

Client Responsibilities

If you become a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information needed to set up services

  • Maintain access to required accounts such as communication platforms, email systems, or scheduling tools

  • Ensure staff members properly follow up on leads and appointment requests

  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws including TCPA and communication regulations

  • Obtain proper consent before sending marketing text messages

You remain responsible for the content of messages sent under your brand as well as internal processes and team performance.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you submit your phone number or opt in to messaging, you may receive SMS communications related to demo scheduling, inquiries, service updates, or support.

  • Message frequency may vary

  • Message and data rates may apply

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP

  • Reply HELP for assistance

  • Consent to messaging is not required to purchase services

Message delivery can be affected by mobile carriers, device settings, or network conditions.

Note: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or services for illegal, misleading, or harmful communicationsMessage and data rates may apply

  • Send messages to purchased, scraped, or unauthorized contact lists

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with systems used to operate the website

Cancellation and Termination

If you become a client, cancellation terms will be described in a separate agreement or order form. If no additional terms are defined, either party may end the relationship with reasonable notice.

Immediate termination may occur in cases of fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or policy violations.

Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, branding, templates, workflows, and materials remains the property of Your Brand Dental or its licensors unless otherwise noted.

These materials may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Client-owned assets such as logos, practice details, or provided content remain the property of the client.

Service Disclaimer

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not provide warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or guaranteed message delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Brand Dental is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, profits, data, or reputation resulting from the use of the website or services.

Total liability related to any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us within the three months preceding the claim, or $100 if no payment has been made.

Responsibility for Claims

You agree to protect and reimburse Your Brand Dental from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from misuse of the services, legal violations, or communications sent under your brand.

Children’s Privacy

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.
